Most pieces smaller than 160-square-inches (Height x Width) can be shipped using standard commercial parcel carriers. Pieces larger than 160-square-inches must ship via motor freight carriers, and are priced on an individual basis.

Note: When ordering pieces that require delivery by motor freight carrier, verify that your delivery address permits access by such. Motor freight deliveries that cannot access you delivery address can be picked-up at the freight carrier's local warehouse.

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, you must contact us within 5 days after receipt of shipment to obtain return authorization. All such items must be returned to us by prepaid shipping and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not credit shipping and handling charges. Merchandise designed for a particular person or purpose (e.g., a personalized facsimile of an individual) may not be returned for any reason. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Upon receipt of a damaged shipping container, please contact us immediately at (713) 943-0895. Save the original packaging and do not use the damaged items. Use of the items voids your guarantee and will prevent your receiving a replacement.

In the event that damaged or defective items are to be returned it is essential that you contact us within 5 days after receipt of shipment to obtain return authorization. No returns will be accepted without said authorization. In the case of damaged or defective merchandise, we will make the arrangements for return shipping.
